Detailed Design

All our drawings at the Detailed Design stage are produced on computers by our technical team and offer accuracy and clarity. This is essential and allows complicated areas of a building to be fully detailed at larger scales.

The level of information and detail contained within a working drawings package varies considerably between architectural practices and the requirements of different types of client i.e. private individuals, developers, contractors, etc.

We ensure that our working drawings packages are fully detailed and illustrate how a building can be assembled, using the correct specifications and approved building techniques. On completion of this stage, the package of drawings created by our company is approved by the relevant building control inspector and is suitable for tendering and construction purposes.
