Ascot Design takes data privacy seriously. This section explains how we may collect and process information about:

  • Visitors to our website
  • People who use our services e.g. clients or other subscribers to our online services
  • Job applicants

We may process personal information for certain legitimate business purposes to enhance the communications and services we provide to our clients and business colleagues.  These may include information, campaigns and events via electronic and postal channels on industry related subjects such as architectural and urban design, sector insights and market intelligence.

1. Submitting and Use of contact details information.

On various occasions, including through forms on our website, we invite or request you to submit your contact details and other information about yourself or your organisation, or to send us emails which will, of course, also identify you.

In each case, the purpose for which you are invited to give us information is clear. We will not use your information for purposes that are not clear when you provide your details, and will not disclose it outside Ascot Design, except to service providers acting on our behalf or in other very limited circumstances, for example, with your agreement or where we are legally obliged to do so.

Ascot Design is committed to maintaining your privacy and as a consequence, all information collected from this site is kept strictly confidential.  By supplying data to this website, a visitor is agreeing to Ascot Design using the data supplied in accordance with this statement.

2. If you do not want to receive information from us.

3. Transfer of information abroad.​

Ascot Design does not generally transfer personal data outside the EEA, unless on a project by project basis where the client or main supplier is a company based outside the EEA, in which case project team contact details may be shared with them for communication purposes only. Some of these entities may be located in countries that do not provide an equivalent level of protection as the EEA. Where required to transfer, we will implement appropriate cross-border transfer solutions to provide adequate protection for transfers of certain information.

In order for this site to work properly, we sometimes place small data files called cookies on your device.
